-No Shipping Policy
Due to the fragile nature of our cakes, cupcakes, and specialty treats, WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING. We only provide local pickup and local delivery services, with delivery fees OF $12.99 applying where applicable.
Cakes, cupcakes and many of our treats cannot be shipped safely. Shipping carriers do not guarantee careful handling of these types of items, and we cannot be responsible for cakes or treats that become damaged, melted, or otherwise compromised during transit.
We will consider shipping at a later time when our small business excels. But for now, we are small and only offer local pickups and deliveries.
-Local Deliveries
Before placing your order, please note that we offer local delivery to select surrounding areas for your convenience. Delivery availability is based on your location, our schedule, and current order volume.
To ensure every order receives the attention and care it deserves, we kindly request at least two (2) weeks’ notice for all orders requiring delivery. As a small business with limited staffing, this advance notice allows us to properly coordinate our baking schedule, prepare your treats fresh, and accommodate delivery routes efficiently.
Our delivery Services is $12.99 for certain areas only. While we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, as they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Upon Checkout, Local Deliveries will show under Ship/Shipping. But we don’t offer actual shipping.
-Local PickUps
To ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of your order, we recommend that all purchases be picked up locally. This allows your treats to remain in the best possible condition from the moment they leave our bakery until they reach your destination.
Customers are responsible for arriving at their scheduled pickup time to our location to pick up orders when ready.
Once an order has been picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for the proper handling, transportation, and storage of all items. We recommend transporting your treats on a flat, level surface inside an air-conditioned vehicle and avoiding unnecessary movement or prolonged exposure to heat.
If you anticipate being late for your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make every effort to accommodate you. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for trusting us to be a part of your special occasion.
