-Cancellation Policy
All orders must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date.
A $30 non-refundable deposit, which is already included in the purchase price of most packages & orders over $100 secures your date and time and covers supplies, equipment usage, and staff labor.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup or delivery are eligible for a refund, less the $30 non-refundable deposit for orders over $100.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time will result in a Cancellation Fee of $25 and the $30 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will then be refunded to you.
-Refund & Return Policy
There’s a $30 Non Refundable Deposit on all Packages and Orders over $100. This secures your date and time and covers supplies, equipment usage, and staff labor. This amount is included in your package orders & orders over $100.
Returns and refunds are only accepted at the time of hand-to-hand delivery or pickup.
-Rejected Orders!
If a customer rejects an order before accepting possession of it, a refund will be issued according to the cancellation policy above. The $30 non-refundable deposit compensates for reserving your date and time and for lost opportunities to serve other clients and $25 Return/Redistribution Fee.
Any rejected products will be returned to Mini Moments Bakery for redistribution through in-person sales.

Please bring your confirmation email when you arrive to collect your order.
Orders must be picked up within 6 hours of receiving this notification. If you are unable to pick up your order within that time frame, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
